We had a surprise in the back yard this evening... a pair of huge wild turkeys. That is until the cat took a run at this one, chasing them both up into the oak tree.
The turkey was easily 3X the size of the cat so it wasn't much of a confrontation. There were two of them and I probably could have gotten one with a frying pan from the deck, but I expect the neighbors would have been really really really upset with me.
Did the cat get the turkey? The wild ones are excellent to eat.
