Miss Congeniality 2005 passes the "wand" to Miss Congeniality 2006. I've never seen a Miss C. get out of costume so fast; I'm talking about the 2006 version.

Have your laugh now because I'm in charge of that portion of the ceremonies next year. I've already got a few new pieces of wardrobe for the lucky recipient.

I've been chaffeur and cabana boy to the Hooter Girls, why not wardrobe consultant? As for 'rules', as the reigning queen of the night, I WILL have some say in the selection or I will not be quite as trusting with the ingredients of the imbibing fluid (thus leaving you gals incapacitated).
