It's so cold here in Alberta, I think I'm missing something. And I think it's #250!
That there delicacy is called "sea cucumber". I tried some, it was terrible.

That's HK$250 or about $35.00 worth of seacuke. I didn't find the taste bad although with all the sauces and different servings, I could never tell what was what.
